What is the Heroes Home Rebate Program?

The Heroes Home Rebate Program is a local program to provide real discounts and rebates for workforce heroes who are buying or selling a home.

Mission Statement:

Our mission is to provide extraordinary savings to local heroes who provide extraordinary services to our community everyday.

Who Qualifies as a Hero?

Workforce heroes include but are not limited to:

• Military Personnel (including Vets)
• Teachers/Educators
• Firefighters
• Law Enforcement
• Doctors, Nurses, EMTs and other Healthcare Workers

How much will you save:

• Heroes will receive a rebate a 25% cash rebate upon closing.
• Discounted lending fees may also be received by program participant(s).
• Title, Closing Fees, Home Warranty and other discounts can be applied at closing as a part of this program.

Note:  This is not a government program.  There are no hidden fees and there is no extra paperwork for this program.

This is a local program and covers any real estate transaction in the following areas:  Sacramento County, Placer County, El Dorado County, Yolo County and Yuba/Sutter Counties.
